A quorum is one news story split into the distinct viewpoints being expressed about it: each viewpoint has a label, a summary and a support_count of the posts behind it, split into media, socials and iwitlist_alpha_events· Alpha events: stories flagged ahead of the wider press, newest first. Each event has a country, coordinates, an alpha_kind, an alpha_score, the rationale, and the quorum on the story when one exists.
