  • prepare_signup · Prepare a private profile draft using information the person explicitly supplies for Syncbook. Do not query Claude memory, chat history, conversation summaries, or uploaded files. Human review is required before membership.
  • get_signup_status · Check whether a signup was approved. Keep the agent token private. Poll no more than once every 30 seconds.
  • assess_profile_context · Check whether a profile has enough specific authorized context for useful coordination. Returns at most two focused follow-up questions, not a joining gate.
  • get_person_card · Read one approved public profile, public photo, and published context for display inside the person’s current chat. Never exposes an unlisted profile.
  • find_person_context · Search a public member’s published context. Returns one page and nextCursor; there is no entry quota. Retrieve relevant context before reasoning.
