  • get_ownership · Return the control chain (ultimate parent → parent → company → subsidiaries) from GLEIF and national registers, with ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) candidates where the register publishes them.
  • check_insolvency · Check whether a company is bankrupt, under liquidation, in restructuring or otherwise in distress, from the official register.
  • screen_sanctions · Screen a company or person name against the consolidated UN, EU, US OFAC SDN and UK OFSI sanctions lists. Returns likely matches with similarity score, list and programme. A hit is a signal to confirm against the official list, not a legal
  • get_vat_rates · Standard and reduced VAT/GST rates for a country (225 countries and territories), optionally on a given date, with what each rate applies to.
