AddressLore
Vancouver house histories by address: who lived there each year to 1945, permits and the 1912 map.
What it does
AddressLore is an MCP server, a connector that lets an AI assistant use it as a tool. It is hosted: an assistant connects to it over the internet, nothing to install.
No capability identified yet from its description.
Facts come from the Official MCP Registry, as declared by the publisher. Capabilities are matched automatically (low confidence) and are not a test of the tool.

3 tools offered to AI assistants
find_house· Look up a Vancouver address, or a resident's surname from 1945 or earlier, in AddressLore's coverage. Returns the matching house's path for house_history, or says plainly that the address isn't covered (never a nearby house in its place), whouse_history· When a covered Vancouver house was built and what stood there: the building permit (1901–1930) and the City's year built, what the 1912 fire insurance map draws on the lot and whether today's building is very likely that one, what stands tocoverage· The Vancouver streets, blocks and directory years AddressLore covers, with each street's page.
What "online" means: the server answered an MCP connection at the time of the check. It is not a guarantee of security, quality or continuous uptime. How we test: we open an MCP session and ask for the tool list, as an AI assistant would. We never run a tool and never send a key. Checked every few days. Method
